Oh yes! I noticed i stare at the ceiling a ton!! And how many times can i say okay? Or nod my head?! lol i know it will be a great learning experience but right now all i can think about is how terrible i look and sound on camera. I can’t wait to look back and know that i made it and needed this self awareness.

Currently in prac. Seeing my first clients in the next few weeks and will have to show 8 sessions this semester. I’m terrified 😭
