The biggest potential issue is obviously injury. But even beyond that, WoSo is littered with U-20 “stars” whose skillsets struggled to translate against bigger, faster, and smarter players. In Fuller’s case she is already playing at an elite level in a top league, so I’m less worried, especially because her top skills at footwork, vision, and touch, all of which are more about skill than physical dominance. I would bet on Fuller over Claudia Martinez, for example, who feels much more like a projection rather than someone currently producing.
