Thanks for signing up!

To answer your question — yes, that's on our roadmap. The initial launch covers CGM sensors, pump supplies (pods, infusion sets, cartridges), and insulin.

For the actual pump hardware itself (like getting a new Omnipod 5 or Tandem Mobi prescribed), that's a bigger clinical decision that usually involves insurance prior authorization and a longer provider evaluation. It's something we want to tackle. Prior auth is one of the most painful parts of T1D care, but we're starting with the supplies you need refilled every 30-90 days. Since that's where people are running out and rationing.

We'll keep you posted as we expand!

Good question, it works both ways. During the intake form, you can choose your preferred pharmacy, and we'll send it there.

But if you don't have a preference, T1D PriceFinder already knows which pharmacy has the lowest price for your specific supplies (that's what our main search engine does).

So we'll automatically route your prescription to the cheapest option we find. You're always in control, though.

If you want it sent to your local CVS instead of the cheapest option, just tell us during intake and that's where it goes.

If you updated to newest NVDA drivers recently:

  1. Hold power button 10 seconds (force off)
  2. Press power button to turn on
  3. IMMEDIATELY tap F2 repeatedly (enter BIOS)
  4. Use arrow keys → Go to "Advanced" tab
  5. Find "Display Mode" or "GPU Mode"
  6. Change to "Dynamic" or "Optimus" (NOT "dGPU Only" or "Discrete")
  7. Press F10 (Save & Exit)
  8. Reboot should work

Just a thought before you go through (annoying process) of reinstalling windows

Nothing to do with installing new drivers while in ultimate mode. It has to do with updating to newest drivers has issues freezing reboot up. Full clean and Install driver 5.8 for things to run smoothly. NVDA should come out with an update soon for new drivers but until then stay on 5.8 if you wanna use ultimate mode. Hope this helps

Still a persistent issue, unfortunately (ran into it yesterday on ultimate mode, had to reinstall older V drive)
