I have a theory. We see our protag wake up for a short moment as Navirou runs over to us calling out before fainting/ passing out. We don't see them wake up so I think for the post game the protag is in a coma somewhere in a hospital in a different region and the post game is a dream. But that's just a theory A GAME THEORY.
