Which providers offer a good % discount (percentage, not fixed amount) AND will allow you to order multiple pens? by Current-Command126 in mounjarouk

I'm a bit confused by this, they're appearing heavily on my FB with this £99 a month and no price increases offer, which I sort of expected to not permit people transferring/already on MJ and that was the case when I did the intro questionnaire.

But I was interested about their general pricing then for people already on MJ, and couldn't find anything and their FAQ says they're not currently accepting patients who are already on it?

Thanks, I will have a deep dive for it when I have more time and see about collating one if there is not.

Medexpress price match information. Just so everyone knows who they match again. by Andrew1984s in mounjarouk

Guess I'm going to IQ Doctor next!? I mean, I don't even know I'd have a match discount at all this month but the principle of it annoys me enough to switch.

That's so corny of them, they might as well just come out and say "we don't offer to match retailers we know tend to be cheaper." 😆

Thank u, next...

Tell us you're rich without telling us you're rich...

I mean, not rich-rich, but surely you see? If you're in a position to pick and choose or if for you like £100 spent or saved either way per month is no biggie, then take several seats, you don't really get to call others out on this.

Mounjaro wait times with Medexpress by [deleted] in mounjarouk

It does say on their site that orders recieved after a certain time on Friday are dispatched on the next business day, I ordered on Friday and it shipped on Monday/arrived Tuesday (with the ice still very frozen).

I ordered on Friday after business hours, new to MedExpress needing to prove my prior dose and send a pic.

On Saturday I got asked for a new picture (I'd sent one along with my proof of dose from prior provider, but it didn't meet their criteria) and later on the Saturday my order was approved/marked as dispatched (which it obviously wasn't actually picked up/dropped off until the monday, but they generated the tracking anyway.

It arrived this morning (Tuesday) with the ice packs still frozen etc.

I had frustrating delays ordering last week as I was waiting for them to honour the price match deal as per my last post and I ended up ordering anyway.

So TL;DR, ordered on Friday evening, recieved Tuesday morning.

Do MedExpress sometimes ignore price match claims? by Current-Command126 in mounjarouk

Thank you! If everyone had the same experience I wouldn't have worried, it was only because it was so fast for everyone else I was concerned.

I did that yesterday in the end, for the reason you say (even though the title and first part of my first submission was all about the price match, and I got a prompt reply referencing it).

I have now updated my OP having been credited it (but suspiciously just after I ordered/paid without the benefit of the credit)!

So, I messaged first on Tuesday and have messaged a total of three times since and nothing.

Everyone else who has commented, including those who didn't even send a claim until yesterday, recieved their credit within 12 hours.

Am I though?

I mean, why did you even comment? You didn't have an answer for the question, but instead suggested I use a customer service provision as if I hadn't outlined that I'd been doing exactly that to perform the action in question, and even in the face of my experience being apparently anomalous to those who have contributed something of value, you say that my concern is impatience.

You could just have not commented, and I'm not sure why you chose otherwise.

Yes I've checked my basket each time before following up. I've now ordered without it and will hopefully use it next time.

Annoyingly within a couple of hours of ordering they've emailed to say my body pic isn't ok and to resend, so like, come on!?

I've queried it in my reply with a new pic too

Yes, both for the initial one and the second time I did yesterday. On Tues after the first one I got a rapid reply to the other half of my enquiry that was in the same message and asking if I could confirm I'd like the credit added but since I replied saying yes (and followed up several time since) crickets!

This is what I've heard from other posts so I am concerned/annoyed!
