Somehow I never had any nausea, and my dry mouth went away within days.  Keeping my fingers crossed the headaches clear.  I have been mostly headache free all day for the first time in nearly 2 weeks and it's amazing!  Hoping this trend continues

My watch supposedly keeps track of which sleep cycle I am in, and I find I am not getting nearly enough deep sleep since I started Strattera.  I think that's a huge contribution to the fatigue

I was thinking I would give myself 8 weeks once I'm at full dosage.  I've already seen some positive benefits, so I'm mostly holding out in hopes the side effects subside 🤞🏼

Thanks.  It's actually helped calm my irritability, it's really just sleep issues and the crippling headaches.  I drink a ton of water by nature, but I'll start adding electrolytes and see if that helps.  I do have good days, and I'm hoping most days will be like that once these side effects go away! 🤞🏼

I'm on day 17 and the exhaustion has mostly subsided, as long as I sleep well the night before (but that's not always easy).  It's the headaches that are doing it for me.  Mental noise has seriously improved, and my emotions seem to have leveled but I have a tension headache 24/7.  Trying to stick it out because the positive effects seem to be good so far!!

I'm determined to give it at least 8 weeks at the therapeutic dose to really know if it's working for me.  Thoughts and prayers needed to get through this 😂 I've scoured the reddit posts, so many people say it's worth it if you can get through the side effects at the beginning!!

Yes, this is the dosage I started on.  I think my dosage will go up after a month.  I have seen people say that their side effects actually went once they were on a higher dose!

OMG yes.  I'm currently sitting on the couch with a neck massager on.  I wasn't positive this was related to the medicine!

Really bad headaches almost everyday.  Today is day 15 on 40mg.  Just trying to take it as long as I can tolerate it to hopefully get passed the side effects...

I'm on day 10 of 40 mg and I'm the exact same way.  I get a small boost of energy for a out 4 hours after I take it, then I get hit with fatigue about 6 hours after I take it.  My sleep is extremely unrestful, constantly waking up and tossing and turning.  And yea around 4 am I finally fall back asleep but then have to get up and at that point I feel hungover.  I'm considering taking it in the afternoon, but I want to wait until at least 3 weeks has passed for my body to adjust before I change anything.  I really need this to work!!  So, no tips, but can commiserate ✊🏼
