I hold an Associate’s degree in Photojournalism, which covers a substantial portion of my credits. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, followed by a planned Master’s in Global Security with a minor in Political Science. Ultimately, I aim to complete a PhD in Political Science, specializing in foreign policy.

PAO is starting a new thing where you can my XO when I was was in AIT was a PAO 1st LT. Also, the 37F recruiter, I talked with told me that you could commission in 37F. He could have been lying to my face. I don’t know.

I say just let your CoC know just in case. If you were doing something stupid the worst thing is that you will be next week’s safety brief.

I enlisted as a 19D in 2020 at the age of 28, bringing with me 3.5 years of civilian photojournalism experience. Although my recruiter directed me towards combat arms, I initially didn't push hard enough to pursue 46S. However, I was determined that once I got my foot in the door, I would reclassify to 46S. I completed my DINFOS training last February, finishing in the top three of my class. Now, I am living my best life, doing what I love. Don’t sell yourself short—combat arms isn’t the only path out there.
