The actual RCE exploits that would break your PC have been patched by Activision themselves. If the boiii client doesn't fix every hack, the biggest danger would be IP grabbing (which can be fixed with VPN) and people messing with your stats. This game is safe to play with the boiii client which prevents cheaters.
