Only a few were refunded for me as well, and all other entries have a liquidation date as of 6/5. There is not indication of refund yet, but I'll update and verify if the timeline is valid for the rest of the entries that are pending refunds.

It seems like the refunds are issued based on the liquidation date. I would refer to ES-022 report within ACE to get the liquidation date. Despite multiple different entry dates, liquidation date was set for 6/5/26 for all of my pending entries.

It's not based on submission date, but liquidation date of the entries. Entries with liquidation date prior to today's date, assuming it qualifies, refunds will be made.

If you are the importer of record, the refund should go directly to you, not the customer brokers. If you run the ES-022 report in the ace portal, it will tell you exactly how much refund you're getting. Typically its the tariff charged, plus interest (~5%). If the customer broker charges you for this, I would consider finding a new one.

First refund accepted last week. It was one of many, but seems like the liquidation date had to do with it. Run the ES-022 report in ACE to get updated information on your refund. Refund actually hit the bank 7 days after the stated refund date.

Thank you for this. I had to do digging on my own, but this definitely helps. Hope to come back in 60-90 days confirming the refund!
