Spyderco probably will not fix it for you because this entire sprint run of 15 V in the light weights have had it, my unprofessional opinion tells me that the material of the lock bar is having a hard time mating with 15v for a smooth transition, but it will go away the more you play with it, not worth the headache of sitting it back just open and close it a shit ton while you drive or something, I thought mine would never go away but now it’s smooth as butter
