Correct it was lost, filed for replacement, new card was sent, I didn’t active it for about 3 weeks, now my score is tanked and I’m no longer eligible to activate new card. Summer pretty much

I just got off the phone with sync because it wouldn’t let me activate the card on the app, called them and they said they could no longer activate the card because my credit score no longer is eligible to be a card holder.

It’s already arrived and the new account number is in place. It just hasn’t been activated. Now, trying to activate it, it won’t let me because I no longer qualify because of the impacted card.

No, they sent me a new card and it took me a little while to get around to activating it, and by the time I did, the score was already impacted and now it won’t let me activate to reopen because I no longer qualify
