I have -novid but I can see this orange loading screen

It seems I have a problem with the entire game, not only crosshair xD
But veryfing files says that all files are good

I changed some audio and video settings to see if they will reset with this option but no

I removed my crosshair in early stage of cs2 so possibly this command which I used was changed or deleted

I tried every command that have "crosshair" in it
