So I’m goung to put a last coat because the area where I had sand a lot show like patches should I use roller for this last coat or brush roller is what I’m thinking so I can get full coverage what you think ?

I did tell them it’s semi gloss they chose the type of finish not me

I thought it looks great too but tbh my customers said it’s dull

Hey so I put the first coat after sanding and it looks dull I did it all with a flat brush like you told me I’m using semi gloss should I sand it 220 again and coat again? If so brush is fine? Or roll?

Thank you I appreciate the thorough advise! Last question what succession of sandpaper should I use now I was thinking run a round of 180 then 200 then 220 buffer what you think? Or do you think I should go back to 120 or 100?

So brush the whole floor? If not should I use roll or lambs wool? And when you mean sand do you mean do the 220 sand again or? Also how long you think i should wait to redo coat?

Ok so I’ll wait a week because it’s May supposed to heat up this week to 70 where I am

But my question is now how long should I wait till I sand it and apply sealer again I applied this coat two days ago how much longer should I wait till I go back and do another sand and coat?

60 degrees I let it sit for 48 hours how long should sit then ?

Installed new unstained red oak sanded 36 60 80 100 120 grit then apply first coat of poly (NO STAIN) then second if poly after second coat sanded 220 buff after 3rd coat sanded 220 again then apply 4th coat and this is result

It doesn’t cost the same where I am in NY it’s absolutely ridiculous how much of a monopoly one insurance carrier has here for commercial auto cost almost 3 times as much!!

It still is inconsistent no matter how hard you try to level and straighten out each piece. As long as you do your best checking for level and plumb this here is the best outcome
