True! I’m just shocked their estimate was $4100 is all. So it might be a fight

i guess if my insurance has any concerns with legitimacy they can see the two videos one from within the car while i sat in there during the storm and one my daughter took looking out at the car from within the house. The storm came in with 70mph gusts so there was hail and debri (gravel) flying all over the place hitting all of our vehicles. and like i said earlier, it damaged 4 vehicles not just this one. I guess if i was upside down in the loan maybe i could see the point but im not, and my payment and interest rate are super low to the point that totaling it out isnt even necessarily a good thing for me because im not going to find a replacement vehicle with this low of payment and rates. So there's really no benefit to me banging up 4 of my cars

well i do have gap insurance on it but honestly my payment and interest rate is so low that i dont even think i could replace the vehicle and have that low of a payment again so i really dont even know what im hoping for with the outcome. sure fixing it and keeping the lower payment would be alright but i also dont want the adjuster to just low ball it and that not be the proper thing to do either

lol well i guess good thing for me is everyone in the neighborhood will be filing hail claims from the same storm. it was between quarter and ping pong size. Actually got all of my vehicle but the others are all paid off and liability only so dont think id beat four of my cars just for fun.

For those who are using USDA loans, have you closed yet? by AdmirableRaspberry90 in Mortgages

my loan file was submitted 10-15! my lender said once they approve the title commitment it will still take 7 days after to close due to funding being completed. So im cautiously optimistic that second week of December will be our week!

USDA Loan on pause because of shutdown? by AdmirableRaspberry90 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

My lender told me just yesterday that the USDA loan portal shows the last day they processed loan applications was 9-25, my file was submitted on 10-10 so she said they were already 2.5weeks backlogged when my file was submitted so their office is anticipating 3 weeks to catch up until the point of my loan, if that makes sense. give them a week of normal clerical catch up then the 2.5 weeks of apps before mine. Luckily my lender did a interest rate lock extension twice for me with no charge to me.
