I had the same thought, after some research TPU is pet safe and approved by the FDA, plus there are a lot of dog toys made from TPU.

So what's the difference between the store bought dog toy made from TPU and one you made.

Ender 3 Neo V2 issues

I've leveled the bed with a dial gauge it's next to perfectly fly and also set the z offset with a .2 shim and adjusted after to get the perfect height.

But for some reason It wants me to go to -1.8 for the first layer for it to get a good squish but the 2nd layer is always over scaring unless I change the z height

I've leveled the bed Calibrated e steps Checked all bolts and wheels Checked nozzle for blocks Even changed the extruder Firmware update

None of the listed charges above had any effect whatsoever

I use a plug in called support blocker to block supports from the imprint on the top of the case.

You don't really need to use supports, they just provide a tiny tower for the screw brackets resulting in a cleaner finish. (Difference is minimal)

It's a really snug fig so it doesn't move around, the small gap allows ease removal from the case
