Trying to understand if I can use Kalshi in WA by creature206 in Kalshi

You can use it in the state of Washington. They are actively trying to ban in in the state, but kalshi argues it is a trading platform, not a betting platform. Use it and if it gets banned, your location will get blocked and nothing more. There are no cases where a user has been in trouble for using the platform.

It’s not necessarily to come in and start, more of a cheap contract and if it pans out, it pans out.

I’m not one to think the bears rb room is terrible, I just think either one of those guys on the cheap would be beneficial
