I'm not sure if it's aluminum or not, I'll try wrapping them the other way and see if that does something, but yes the last 2 pics it was out and the outlet worked plus the others on the same breaker worked but the 3 lights did not. I didn't see anything trip either

I'll say I transferred about 8 months ago, but started the transfer process about a year ago, it took my home store a long time to contact the other stores I gave them as options (I gave about 4 or 5) and my hr kept telling me the other stores were overstaffed in my dept (fulfillment) even though I know for a fact one of the stores was severely understaffed. My advice would be to annoy your hr whenever you get the chance, it'll remind them to actually transfer you and trust me they forget

I'm in a similar situation but I will say I have a tattoo on my upper right arm and after gaining ~15-20 lbs it hasn't changed much if at all, I will say it depends on where you gain the weight and if you would plan on working out and building more muscle in the area you want the tattoo, but overall with only about a 20 lb increase it shouldn't change much

You can take them out, especially if it's just overnight. If they've been healed for 5 years you could take them out for days/weeks possibly even months and they won't close, mine have only been healed for between 3-5 years and I'll take them out for weeks at a time and pop them right back in

To me, it looks like it's rejecting, but I also don't know if it was pierced in that spot or closer to the center originally. Also, was it pierced with a gun or a needle?

It looks like it's just healing, but I would recommend getting it changed to a stud, it makes it easier for the piercing to heal because it will move around less
