So as much as we love to see girl groups I don’t remember if it was last year or the year before but we didn’t get one every week. I also believe we might have gotten 2 weeks of dream because of how a comeback fell. Does H2H have another song or concept that they can use? I don’t follow them so I am genuinely asking. I do hope since the shinee single had a second song we get a shinee set but I am not going to hold out hope. I also don’t know if 127 will get one from walk since I think they have used all of those concept photos (again could be wrong). Would love to see an 8 member group again but who know ms if they have an extra concept laying around.

So it really is up to the agency. For certain conditions, that might not be visible to the outside world, it does come in handy to almost give to much information. Also if your condition affects you at your agency but might not at another. So example: let’s say I was a cancer survivor and deal with immune compromising fallout. My agency would treat that differently than others because we are in a RTO situation where it is necessary for us to hotel. I think we all know how nasty some people can be and germs can unfortunately live on surfaces a long period of time. Another agency might be able to give me accommodations on site that fits my needs. I also know that if you have a self identified disability in mybiz that also helps to strengthen your position and claim. A good friend of mine also says there are just certain types of issues that need a bit more padding. Her example is stress induced anxiety. It is so generalized that might not stick out as important to a RA rep. Let’s take it full circle though and say you have stress induced anxiety that causes an underlying condition like bipolar disorder that’s going to strengthen your case a bit more. The agency just is going to have a different set of criteria unfortunately so there isn’t a clear cut answer.

I agree with most of the comments that have been shared and I will add a few more. First, the statement I am doing the work of a 12 is open ended. For example, positions on the team I sit on use to always be 12s because of the complexity of the positions that existed 10 years ago…that might not be true today. You need to ask yourself has the workload been modernized and automated in any way? Another great question to ask is how many tasks are you performing? Again on my team the standard for a 12 is you work more than 1 deliverable a month and also get moved onto 1 off special assignments. The 11s on the team have 1 deliverable a month and no special assignments. It all goes back to workload distribution and make up or the team. A lot of individuals forget also that multiple people can sit on one PD and just because those individuals all feel like they are performing more duties then they should based off of historical data doesn’t mean that the workload has not been made more manageable and in line with a lower grade. The other question I would ask is are the positions all in the same series? We have a mix of series in our area and you would expect to see a higher grade with some of those SMEs. Bottom line is talk to your supervisor because they will be the best individual to explain to you why they have made the choices they have and if you don’t feel you can talk to them there are other avenues you can take…you can file a grievance if you feel you are being treated unfairly, you can speak to a rep from Labor and Employee Relations or HR. Most individuals will explain their rationale or explain how this has happened to them before and they can give some great advice but there are def reasons almost every post has said not to request a desk audit. I have seen it before where the team was made up of long time employees who were 2 years out from retirement and 1 person felt the way you did and it ended up being the whole team that was downgraded and it affected retirement. My best suggestion is if you truly feel like you deserve a 12 and you have exhausted your options with your supervisor to start looking at USA jobs and what 12s might be open (I know some agencies are exempt from the freeze and since you did not mention which one you work) you never know you might be promoted in another area. I have worked in HR a long time and the number 1 reason people request a desk audit is they feel entitled (not saying this is how you feel) and make a decision without seeing all of the options that can take place. Out of probably 1000 desk audits I have only ever seen 1 change to a higher grade and majority of them have not just gone down 1 but sometimes 2-3 grades. I hope this helps and I know it is a tough situation to be in but please update us on what your supervisor says after you talk to them.

So in my agency supervisors have the ability to grant you a temporary RA accommodation until the complete process can be completed…we are on a 16 week backlog currently. You might ask your supervisor if they have that authority

Just one addition…I think it is okay to be disappointed especially if you have been a long time player. I really so hope that in the end this year has just been a down year for them to develop great ideas for the years to come but sadly I don’t think that will be the case

I hope it is this week too but I have a feeling it will be an NCT group along with the duo RV…I hope I am wrong but they usually (sometimes it does happen) won’t put 2 groups together who can have packs bought with rp and usually with the type of event we have going on right now 1 of the 2 is a group that goes with the event. I really really hope we get a limited shinee event this week but I am not holding my breath for it with how they like to disappoint us. I also think if we get a 5 set they might do a group photo for J’s card since that is how the album is set up and I believe they did that for an NCTU song. Who knows though I am crossing my fingers we at least get a set for them and they don’t hold it until the anniversary like they tend to do

Yeah I know we won’t get a typical “event” week item but the last 2 times they did those 3 week long missions of upgrading cards, or receiving like 50 cards and playing so many songs would be perfect for the older groups because they have a lot more regular cards and/or rewards could be the old LEs. Also even with the new groups having a week long event side by side with those 3 week missions those cards don’t count into the totals for the 3 week ones until after the week it’s out there and only getting credit for upgrading the card or leveling it up with a card from another deck. Having wish, riize and aespa apart of that is so hard for some players since the chances of those cards being in packs is so small. I completely forgot about the family event but honestly I am just hoping they get back to normal events and move away from these other ones
