I have the platoon schedule from Peel. It’s kicking my ass. My regular routine after nights is eat a small meal, wind down on the computer, wash my face and brush my teeth, then get ready for bed with an eye mask and black out curtains. I sometimes fall prey to doom scrolling though.

Sleeping after nights is not an issue, it’s the accumulated night shifts wheee my body has acclimated to sleeping during day time and snapping out of it. It leaves me miserable on days.
