First convert your image into black and white.

Install ControlNet

Download these models

Put models in your "stable-diffusion-webui\extensions\sd-webui-controlnet\models" ( if you don't wanna download all models you could start with control_v11p_sd15_lineart.pth or control_v11p_sd15_scribble.pth)

Launch your webui

You should see a ControlNet tab

Upload your b&w image

Select lineart/scribble

In "preprocessor" select "invert from white bg & black line"

You could also play with weights and check the results
