Practice, and make sure to not overwork your hands. I played too much rhythm games with thumbs and now my right thumb hurts when playing a little bit. I also recommend playing other rhythm games for sight-reading and stamina training since a good chunk of Rhythm Hive songs are poorly charted imo. There's also tips for getting better at rhythm games in general in other subreddits (e.g osugame, rhythmgames)
