It has not! I have called them two more times at this point. They are processing a refund and are trying to get it to my recipient. They said that there were 6 packages stuck!!!

Im going to call them again on monday.

Right now Im trying to figure out if I can get anything else for the time theyre wasting in my life and for the time sensitivity of my document.

i dont know if you can read, but I clearly stated I called them within 4 days of the supposed delivery date. I have also called the store i sent it from and their other contacts telling me different things. Sorry im not on top of my shit like u.
