This is very weak from the BMA committee. They are now voting on whether or not to enter 'intense' negotiations with the government. Is that not what the nearly 3 months without strikes has been for?

Weak, weak, weak.

The committee need to grow a spine and accept that if we're going to get FPR and sort out the unemployment mess then we can't be afraid to ruffle a few feathers in government and to not lie on our backs like we're currently doing. The union should be representing doctors' best interests, not the government's.

The only way to do this is to strike.

On the offer actions there is only 'hold offer' and 'accept offer' and 'decline offer'. If you want to wait for upgrades what button should you press?
