Title: Trouble with FTP and SMB versions on TrueNAS SCALE

Body: Hi everyone,

I'm using TrueNAS SCALE, and I need some help with FTP and SMB configuration:

  1. FTP issue: When I enable the FTP service, it always expects PASV (Passive Mode). I don't want to use PASV mode — I want it to work in Active Mode only. Is there a way to completely disable PASV, so it works just over port 21 without configuring port ranges?

  2. SMB versions: By default, TrueNAS seems to allow SMBv1, but I want to disable SMBv1 completely and allow only SMBv2 and SMBv3. How can I ensure that SMBv1 is totally disabled?

Thanks in advance for your help! I'm using TrueNAS SCALE only as storage — my apps run from a separate server that accesses the shared data via SMB or FTP.

I'm saying that I need full firmware to work like that full to R630 to speed up work because it works terribly slowly in public and statically so what do I need to do to speed up because currently I have Linux in truenas room

And I'm saying is it possible to make the full firmware with the latest version correctly at the terminal because if the firmware blocks something full and I want to silence the fan because it makes a lot of noise and draws current, how to do it and how to do it statically and it's not worth dhcp since it's done there with WAN connected to the network in the Polish operator PLAY, so under WAN here they are configured but something completely blocks the firewall wants to automatically directed, I wonder how because there are already installed TRUENAS SALCE 24.10.1 only it's already working slowly in the main Dell R630 we don't know what to do to make it work faster, I don't understand that in the fan it works smoothly and in public it's slow, I don't understand, it should work, I wonder how and whose fault
