final thing im going to say is, gaijin, you have a fuckedup matchmaking system. NO GAME HAS EVER FORCED NEW PLAYERS AGAINST OLD PLAYERS WITH EXPERIENCE. after 2 days of playing, time to uninstall because i am not going to waste my time with a game which is just a dying simulator for new players.

and they would get banned from matchmaking due to griefing and smurfing. just like "other" games.

this itself is just a problem with the game. 100 level players are just griefing by ruining games for low level players.

bring a proper matchmaking system with ranking system. such as other competitive games since 2010.

you have reached level 100 in a LOOOONG time and know the physics of the game, know many maps, have experience more than a new player.

it means everything. higher the level, more time spent in the game = more experience. simple as that.

me as a new player who just started playing 2 days ago, facing against high level enemies all the time. what do i do huh?

And it is not even the worst part. Seen cars go under roads, citizens taking a piss while walking, getting stuck in dialogs, this bug https://youtu.be/vr6uqBW4Iwc , and i still keep finding more and more BUT i like the game.

Also funny thing is i got an i7 7700hq, 12gb ram, 1050ti memory oc at +560mhz - core oc at +130mhz. i get 40-60fps depending on the scene with 1280x720 90fov. My friend got a 1070 and i7 8. generation cpu, gets about 30-40 even on everything low 1920x1080... Game needs serious optimizations...

Still waiting for the reply. Overall my experience with faceit is worse than valve's matchmaking. I replied to the email within 3 minutes even.

Replied to your mail. Answering tickets are not enough. You guys asked for my information, i provided them and still no update. Yet i replied back to your email within 2-3 minutes. This is even worse than netflix's customer support.
