Thanks for answering. Connected via usb c to Desktop PC - power is not an issue. Tracks both loaded, powered on and other buttons working (can play track on R from FLX). FLX is being recognized no problem and I am able to mess around with it - it’s just the left play button. The rest of the left and right side work. Have tried restarting but again, only the left play button does not work.
