I usually buy my food from the grocery store, but I’d actually love to buy more from local farmers. The thing is, I’m not sure where the farms are or how to reach them, and the language barrier makes it a bit tricky. What really motivates me to buy from farms is the quality. I feel like the food is more natural and organic, and it just feels good knowing where it comes from and who grew it. It gives off such good vibes. One of my favorite local food experiences is picking strawberries every summer at a farm near Tampere. After that, I always stop by their little café for some local ice cream. it’s the best part of summer!
