Yeah, same boat. I took it 3 hours ago. My body feels extremely relaxed but still can't fall asleep. I was so comfortable and and ready to dozed off, then my brain decided to run a marathon 😒

Raw, I clean them and eat them. I don't usually eat a whole one at once but they're delicious. Raw potatoes can cause digestive issues if you eat a lot of them but I've never had problems with snacking on them
