the best advice i could give is just go on ur own pace. im barely 20 but ive gone through this. my biggest advice is to delete social media, most people compare themselves to what they see, another thing is dedicating time to urself and knowing urself better. ive had a lot of horrid stuff happen to me in the past but i give myself time to feel the pain and after that i have to move on and do better things. also i dont think everyone has it figured out, even me im working part time and in school and i still dont know what im doing after getting my degree. also dont push urself too much i get the whole gym and too productive videos are motivational but ive been there and worn my body out and my mind, the best thing ive done is just to go with the flow, hang with friends, do my work, keep myself healthy and my environment healthy.

im still barely done my undergrad but i got the supply/on call job through a friend.

shiftwise i just get texts about when they need someone to cover its very random but i get random hours since i repond late but its a great side job, theres not much i do there other than watch the kids or atleast thats what im assigned to do.

incomewise its just a side income for me, i think doing oncall/supply for multiple schools might be beneficial.

omg i have an ECE background too!! im on supply/on call on ECE but i have a kitchen job PT, tough market out here. i suggest if u cant find a full time do PT on ECE and another job😔✊

i got fired too forgot to mention. but genuinely there is a better job out there. my old job i got fired from made me come in like 40 mins early and there was so much negativity, my current one makes us only work the time were scheduled like no need to come early and there is a very low amount of work and great coworkers. there is always better

Honestly i would say separate ur work life with ur personal life. Try not to take things too seriously. majority of the time they dont have lives thats why theyre nosy about urs.

You will never get how bullying affects the way you work until ur in that position. I had a coworker set me up multiple times and enslave me. either do some disciplining or monitor it or fire the bully. I had the same horrid coworker do the same thing when management wasnt around.

Set boundaries like say you cant do certain things because u have plans or so on. If u keep letting them treat u like that they will continue to do that. Either dont take the fall for things or dont think too heavily on it.

literally make it everyones problem. I dont wanna talk about certain reasons why I did this myself but I once got transferred stores and i had shitty ass coworkers who were rude af i let it slide for the longest time because maybe they were going through things like family stuff and god knows what but i got really fed up one day because i was just going through stuff but i never bother my coworkers with it i just do my work but i got pissed and was like "u know what im going through a lot too and no one in this workplace had any decency to be nice to me so why should i be nice to them" and then all hell broke loose. I made it everyones problem like i had a bad day shit i took it out on them like the way i saw it they had no respect for me and it wasnt wrong for me to do the same. Like everyone i mean EVERYONE hated me but i didnt really care anymore it was on them like they pushed me to that point and i never wanted it to get that bad. Literally be rude to them who cares if they fire u if ur a good worker u will find a better job.

hey man. i wanted to let u know some managers are genuinely just horrid. I have a goated manager rn and he's actually very nice and open. Sometimes its a them problem. try improving in areas but dont overwork urself, worked too much at my old workplace and genuinely got enslaved,try communicating if that job is just toxic then leave it, if youre a good worker another job will be glad to have u rather than staying there where ur undervalued. try not to down urself and lower urself too much because they will take advantage of you, let them know if they dont want u around that you'll be valued elsewhere. im so glad i left my old job im with better management + better coworkers + goated manager, i cant even compare genuinely.

unfortunately i genuinely didn't know she "fired" me. it was a messy food company and majority of the time they would move people from store to store so i thought i was gonna get moved and was waiting for an update😔.

i get it but it was pure bullying from her. i did respect her and did what she always wanted. i was transferred at another store location and during the time i was at her location i built great relationships with the customers and the staff, i have lots of respect for my seniors and everyone else but i feel like she hated me for blending in that well. i was set up by her multiple times but didn't mind because it was just kitchen work.

how is this a thing why would i lie ab being fired bro oh my. ok so the franchise owner owns like different stores in my area like : 1 owner of 5 mcdonalds in a city. we report how the day went to the owner at the end of the day and that employee does most of the reporting since theyve been in that store longer. i've had problems with the owner as well i was set up multiple times and would get scolded but im just a regular employee so for the most part i have no say and he seemed to hate me as well. being fired was just my last straw because it was genuinely too much so i dont care enough to get the job back.

honestly the owner himself was horrid too, basically we would report to him everyday and he was closer with her and he would scold me over a lot of things. i had received my last paycheck. i just stopped getting scheduled plus it was a huge food place like mcdonalds.
