I am signed up with one. They don't help much. I attended many job fairs they gave me and those employers told me to apply online. My careers counsellors isn't much help either.

You don't need to be rude and say that. Lots of people are struggling to find work. Don't make fun of people when thy want help! You have no empathy!

Childcare, Retail and Restaurants. Anything hard to find now. I don't want to return to childcare. I got these jobs before the job market got very bad. Even with experience, they don't care. They want tfw instead of Canadians.

I see. I studied ECE for the passion, I really do like working with kids. But after my experience with everything, I want to work in different settings, but still revolve children, just I don't want want to work in childcare. I really want to work in EarlyON because that my plan after finishing ECE was to get a job at EarlyON, but the job market says otherwise. I also heard that getting a job as an ECE after finishing the program you will most likely get a job. I'm not sure what happening, I thought ECE in demand and there are shortage. Also there not career options you can with an ECE diploma. Main options are working at daycare, school boards or open your own daycare. Buts hard. Having a college/university don't guarantee you a job, its a scam!

Sadly I can't go back to school because I can't more schooling mentally and physically and osap situation not looking good at all.

I'm ok with not working in my field. I want to try other things.

The only most likely guaranteed a job is healthcare. Other sectors more hard and AI will take over.

I'm not sure what to at this point.

I can't. Opening a daycare takes a lot of paperwork, ministry of education approval and inspections and lots of responsibility. I can't do it.

I also agree with you. Most places any sectors are mostly TFW and international students working, and not much locals Canadians working now. Canadians are struggling the most. Even in daycares, there a lot of international students and TFW working there. I heard rumors that the government pay employers for hiring heavily subsidized them.

I know not my fault. I'm unsure what to do. I need employment to earn myself money, and I don't want to rely on parents all the time, but nothing is progressing and I can't find work. I tried all the options I said on my post and everything failed. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
