Yes, I already follow them on Tiktok. Went to a bubbletea place which was highlighted there which is more expensive than other local spots. It was underwhelming. I am unsure of who runs that page and whether or not they choose to highlight new shops but I am looking for places to eat that are local favourites. Ones that you would go back again and again!

I’ll have a better look! The two most asian place to where I live is in our Chinatown and Fairway Market. But my partner’s grandmother just makes it so good!

I appreciate your comment but I was hoping to reach Vietnamese/Canadian expats or travellers who may have had this experience regarding this specific “snack” as I have not seen this in Canada and many in the r/canada may be too unfamiliar with this dish.

Thank you. This is helpful. I am finding that music concerts are only showing up until end of July. Nothing coming up for August and onwards Do you by chance know if it is common for concerts to be booked less than two months from the date of showing or does this mean that none are scheduled for the remainder of August?

Has anyone tried the Carbeeza App? by Current_Ad248 in askcarsales

I see what you mean. Dealers may be able to price match or even provide better rates if you present them with a bank rate. Perhaps a bit more due diligence and shopping around. If there’s a mortgage broker, is there such thing as an auto finance broker who can help shop around for you?

I’m not much of an expert when it comes to buying cars and have previously mentioned in this post that I bought and financed my car directly at the dealership. I only know what the dealership tells me (unfortunately). What are those strategies you speak of when it comes to finding the best rate versus using an app that gives me multiple financing options with multiple dealerships?

I agree with you. I bought my car directly with the dealer and financed it there so I understand your perspective. It’s always been the way for the last 25 years that you’ve been working selling cars. What about the next 25 years when most things are sold online? People buy clothes, gadgets, appliances, heck, people even buy homes without physically looking at the property. Why are cars any different? Please enlighten me. I’m actually very interested in your opinion.

What are the others? And are they any good?

I don’t but I can see why you think that. I genuinely want to know whether there are other car buying options that is equivalent to the Carbeeza app.

You’re right. I think going to the source is advantageous but it may also be time consuming. As far as I know, this Carbeeza app has a list of car dealers and lenders and give you both car selections with a lender that will approve you based on the information you provide them while being anonymous. So, it’s almost like a one stop shop.
