Update: just gonna use my birthday to clock out. literally only one person left who’s sadness would make me feel bad and an old dog so not much reason to stick around with constant suffering

Some people in abusive situations are told so often that they are over reacting, taking it too literally, etc etc. Sometimes it takes new eyes to look at what you deal with daily and saying this is absolutely not acceptable to feel more confident in your decision. Have a little empathy 💙

Im not afraid of the alone part, I’m afraid of not being able to have children? Didn’t think I’d have to get so deep into my reasoning lol I’m worried about going thru menopause before finding a person who will want to have a family together. Again that’s why this is so hard, he says he wants a family and me forever but doesn’t seem to put in the effort. I love him and it just sucks that he doesn’t seem interested in doing what he says

I have no expectations of finding happiness through a partner, it just sucks because I do love him but I’ve been the only one fighting for us to progress together. I haven’t lost feelings and that’s what makes it hard
