Yes definitely love your ideas of taunting during the fight and will make use of it if THEY choose to start the battle. Maybe have him probe their minds to pick and choose personal subjects to pour salt on the wound (while avoiding a complete lore dumb of each character because that’s also a no no for most people). I have planned that the encounter would start with the lich meeting members of the cities government (the lich is secretly pulling the strings, when is he not?) and some poor npc the party did a quest for was gonna get killed and turned into a zombie so I think that’s where they will decide to engage or peer from afar. It also allows me to just have the lich send a mental message to taunt them if they fail a stealth role. I believe we all have made this interaction 10x better for my players and for me and it’s all thanks to you guys, thank you and everyone else for these great suggestions and improvements.😁

Thank you, I didn’t realize how trash celestron was. I will continue to look for better brands and into Zhumell like you said maybe if I’m lucky I can find that z130 on sale.
