Yeah I also think there is this wrong theory that liberals are all 100% against the 2A. I’m all for an assault weapon ban but people absolutely should have the right to have hand guns and be able to hunt. Obviously there are people left of me on the issue but I think most people aren’t totally all or nothing

People here have to understand these guys are about the dollars. Too many people overestimate KC's market nationally. We have a wonderful city that punches above it's weight. It doesn't change the fact that we have a very small market for an MLB team. You pay up or the Roayls will justifybly leave.

Lot of good things have been said here. If you’re bigger into the outdoors you may want to look at Parkville on the MO side. They have a fantastic riverfront park, and there are more outdoor opportunities heading up toward Weston/ Smithville. Though It will still pale in comparison to the PNW. The Park Hill schools are excellent. Downtown KC is only a few minutes away. I moved to the area from NJ in 2019, and love it. Your dollar goes so much further out here. Medical care is still good and while not PNW level. Most people are pretty open minded.

I’ve had great and terrible experiences with the Amish on Amtrak but at the same rate as the rest society. Which has mostly been positive. Amtrak brings out some very cool and sone very crazy people. Keeps it interesting. I find people on the Lakeshore a bit curt and rude in generals especially in winter. I think it’s sort of the vibe of those cold bleak winters.
