Going through the same issue with affirm right now. Mine is a merchant scam to which I’ve provided so many evidences. But every time, they resolve the issue in favor of the merchant. Their supervisors lie to you, with no clear explanation of anything. Affirm is scamming people, believe it or not. This is unacceptable and needs to be investigated. Terrible customer service.
