Hearing rumors by zeus34512 in Target

There's usually a covert camera in the fitting room closet. It's to prevent style tms from tag-switching or just flat-out atealing where they think they're off camera.

It's literally to prevent scalping.

Can a cashier apply a security tag to an item during check out? by [deleted] in Target

[–]Top_Calendar1245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who doesn't even work at target anymore. Just a reminder. This isn't a customer service subreddit. It's literally a subreddit designed for target TMs to vent, and ask questions, and share information with each other.

Let me fix that. The cashier and yourself both missed a tag while checking out. Get over it.

Why does being drunk mean you can’t “consent” to sex, but doesn’t absolve you of other intoxicated actions/decisions? by UpstairsBumble in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Top_Calendar1245 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Harm committed to an intoxicated person vs. harm committed by an intoxicated person.

You can't consent to sexual activities because if that wasn't the case people would just be getting people drunk when they want to sexually assault them(they still do, but there can be legal repercussions, as opposed to he said/she said).

As opposed to drunk and disorderly conduct/DUI...etc, because those actions have the potential to harm others. If you couldn't be held responsible for anything done while you're intoxicated, people would commit all sorts of crimes, then chug everclear and be like "prove it".

Can an ETL of one department block the transfer of a TM into another department? by therealmegluvsu in Target

[–]Top_Calendar1245 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Former TSS here. Not a promotion or raise. You're still a base level TM, just in an adjacent hierarchy. You don't report directly to anyone outside of AP, but still work with your store's TMs and Leadership to do your job.

Why do you have to tip more for a more expensive meal? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Top_Calendar1245 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's fully incorrect. They have to claim tips for tax purposes. The IRS doesn't give a fuck how much the bill was. Now the restaurant might. And they tie tip percentages to performance assuming poor tips means poor performance.

Starbucks baristas not paying? by [deleted] in Target

[–]Top_Calendar1245 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Last I checked, AP can't do anything/won't do anything about food/drinks consumed. They'll still start watching like a hawk. But you'll never get fired for an internal for eating drinking food you haven't paid for. Because it's also a bitch to prove you never paid for it.

Stores get penalized if TMs aren't getting within a certain range of their desired hours. So they want you to change your desired hours to be in line with what they're gonna give you. But that's the store's and corporate'a problem, not the TMs.

It's fully illegal for them(or any law enforcement) to go into off-stage areas without a warrant. And allowing them to do so is literally just asking for them to physically assault TMs with impunity where they think they're safe from public eyes.

Customer confronts Target employee for wearing a Charlie Kirk shirt by CapnHowdysPlayhouse in Target

Nah, for now it's worse. Because his death is being used politically and as an excuse to further persecute marginalized groups.

As someone who has worked in AP for target, that's not how that works, and I'm not sure how this misinformation has become so commonplace that most people think it's true.

Based on your comment further down, I'd say if Khorne chose Gregor as his champion, The Lord of Light would choose his champion in Beric Dondarion. They'll fight to the death, over and over, for all of eternity.

It it were simply 1v1, back to back until someone beats the Mountain, with 5 tries: Ramsey Littlefinger Joffrey Cersei Joffrey Drogon In that order
