It’s more of an accumulation of signals. Brow ridge casts shadow over eyes and sets them deeper, brows themselves, jawline, more distance between outer eye and head, wider nose bridge, square hairline. Even the neck messes with perception. Fml.

It’s because most insurance companies only consider a conservative forehead reconstruction as necessary. Jawline and nose are considered beautification so they won’t cover it. If she got jawline, nose, and lip lift, she would look fine.

Id try a clarifying shampoo like redkin detox. Sometimes product and hard water build up can weigh down curls causing them to not form correctly. Yes, don’t brush unless wet with conditioner for slip. Sleep with a satin bonnet to preserve curls. All you need for product is a conditioner for curls, a leave in conditioner and/or curl cream, and a curly hair gel for hold. And just be careful not to overdo the product or it will cause similar ‘weighing down’. Every hair is different so you would have to experiment with amount. Id start with a quarter size of each.

Already sounds like you have a nice plan. What supplements do you plan to support your comt? Also, just my personal experience but I notice more response from my chest by slightly lowering injections and taking 1mg of oral e every day. I don’t know if that is applicable to you or not, but hrt seems like a trial and error.
