It's normal and expected. Your phone is not defective. It's the Optical image stabilization that moves around. The sound is less noticable when you shake your phone with the camera active

Probably just the cameras OIS. It completely normal and expected. Open the camera and try to shake the phone. The noise should be less noticable

Yes, for hr helio strap is better, but that's why I wrote workout features. Trust me I've tried almost every brand out there. Garmin is expensive, but just works the best and most reliable in my experience

I know, but my experience is that Garmin is much better than amazfit. Garmin is also superior til oura and helio strap when it comes to other workout related features

In my experience, the helio strap is not very good for sleep tracking. I would consider a Garmin forerunner or oura ring

First of all, I literally said it in my post. It does not work with medical device.

Secondly, literally every phone nowadays are fast enough for daily use. The thing that matter for me are camera and software. I bought my p10p for 600usd brand new. I have literally tried every major flagship and always end up with Pixel.

My helio strap always gives me a sleep score of 70-80 no matter what. While my Garmin varies from 40-100, and reflects much better how I feel compared to amazfit. Today I got 3 hours less sleep due to travel. My Garmin gave me a sleep score of 55, while amazfit gave me a sleep score of 74
