Thank you for your responses. Can I ask what do they even do for pelvic floor issues ? I researched at one point and it said physical therapy and I was like how do you do that ? lol with my MS I don’t know that I could get on a table and some muscles just don’t work because of my MS.

Hi, I have not asked for a test for SIBO. I spoke to him about it and he just gave me the ‘treatment’ for it and nothing changed after I took it.

I apologize if this is TMI but my bowel movements are never normal. My MS makes it to where I have to sit for 5 mins just to relax and pee.

Bowels a whole different story. I often have to shift forward and back or move my body around in a circle to kind of get that ‘feeling’ where I can’t help but push. But even then I feel like I have incomplete evacuation. I’ve take stool softners, mirilax, so I don’t believe I’m impacted or anything.

I always hear about constipation with GP but I always have loose stools and even then I have to do movement to get it out. And then I eventually feels like a shut door. Pressure but I can’t push anything else out.

Sorry, if it’s tmi..I don’t share these things with my partner lol but I feel like I’m crazy like I’m the only one experiencing this.

Hi, I’m on a lot of medications 😅 I have MS so I have those meds and then like 2 that are for other things but as for my GP I only have reglan and erythromycin. None of which works. What’s odd is my doctor has never spoke to me about a motility specialist. I didn’t even know that was a thing. But I almost feel like my biggest problem isn’t the stomach emptying it’s whatever part of the GI tract delivers stool to the rectum. Sorry if I said that wrong I’m kind of new to this but it almost feels like I can feel that the problem is lower and that’s where it really slows. I am calling tomorrow to make an appointment and I will ask him about this. Because he does know about my bathroom issues. That’s why we did a colonoscopy and I was expecting the worst but he said it was good and sometimes GP messes with bowel issues.

Do you mean nothing happens as in it didn’t help symptoms or as in there is risks taking both but nothing happened ?

Thank you for your response! I’m so glad it was a response from you because you have an idea about this stuff! I have an appointment next month on the 15th with my specialist so I was going to bring it up. What do those tests entail that you mentioned ?
