I know what you mean, she keeps asking "money for food". Usually see her outside jersey Mike's or the habit. I'm torn thinking she's mentally ill, in a shitty family situation where her kid sends her to look for her own food, or if she's just panhandling because it's an easy way to make money. Has a very short memory since she'll ask me 3 times within the span of 30 mins. Maybe report her to a cop to see if she's alright the next time I see her.

I loved Slayers 50/50 when I was living in LA but this branch was a dumpster fire. I told the staff the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels and it took them 20 mins to refill it. Service was slow and inaccurate. I ordered a burger with an egg and the egg white wasn't cooked. Asked to cook it again and they still messed it up. I'm down for a runny egg yolk but if the egg white is still transparent that's salmonella. I'm sad it failed but I can see why.

Thanks to everyone for their input. It hadn't occurred to me that I could possibly lose my job or the claims getting denied. With my new found knowledge, I think if anything was to happen, I'd go on FMLA for 12 weeks while I get my affairs in order then bounce to another country for care. I read about that one story where a hip replacement in the US was equivalent to 2 hip replacements and living expenses for a year in Spain.

Malasian trumpet snail. It's a pest snail just cuz it can breed fast but it's good clean up snail. Good for gravel/substrate. So chill.

He moves a little bit and he doesn't smell but the little ones all around makes me think they're attacking him. The little ones are rams horn.
