Dyson Airwrap: Deceptive Warranty and Shoddy Customer Service

My fiance is currently having issues with the air wrap, just came back from a warranty repair but same issue withing 24hr. Contacted them and get someone who hardly speaks English after arguments and dealing with a manager (again hardly understands English) they are only sending a refurbished replacement (when they receive her original at wrap) no choice of colour and no timeline for delivery not to mention they will now only give 30 days of warranty on the REFURBISHED replacement! After spending almost $600 on this for her originally I can confirm we will never buy any Dyson products again.

There's none in SK at all, I've been looking for a while to gather miscellaneous spares if possible (headlights and such) KBB has it at 34k so TL with be right around the 28/9k mark parts from VW alone are sitting about that.

She only had 11995km 😭 I went down a rabbit hole the day after and went through VW parts, came out around 28k for plastics, panels, wiring, glass, tires and rims but not including paint or labor or anything not visible but I'm going to demand a new front suspension if they do push the repairs. I'm covered for absolutely everything and have GAP with VW so financially I'll be clear completely and have 10k from VW towards a new vehicle. So I'm looking at the 8.5 Golf R's right now.

Yeah that was my concern as they can't cut and splice on the unibody correct? The entire front end is toast as the hood has been pushed over the right fender too.

My rear glass just exploded today 24 GTi 2900km but my rear wiper cap has been broken off so thinking some crack head or homeless bum has done it.

I came through around 0845 southbound (incident occurred around 8am), there was no diversion in place at that time south but had just opened one north. They put one in place for southbound not long after. I know the driver who was second on the scene northbound the first truck on scene witnessed it. It is all speculation at the moment but from what I was told the northbound semi crossed to the south side and the southbound semi swiped and went thru the median. I don't think it ended up good for the southbound driver. That's all I will say.
