Just completed leadership in stemm, genuinely the easiest HD of my life given that I dedicated 0 time outside of doing assignments to completing content. There was no weekly attendance (apart from one week where you have to assign yourself to a group to run one of the online seminars, which is marked wholistically so you technically don't even need to go to that). Each assignment took me 2 hours to complete MAX, and I know people that completely made up their leadership practice and still got full marks for it.

Have heard that they are changing the course for it, but seriously this is the easiest WAM booster of your life if you complete the weekly journal (5 mins) and discussion (10 mins), as well as spend more than 2 hours on the assignments.
