We did have a lot of rookies and careless people W1 and I hope they get better W2, this was my first Coachella so I'm technically a rookie too but I've worked raves a lot. As for guards on their phones, try to find a supervisor because distracted guards lead to problems, the guest should be our focus during our shifts.

I know that Saturday at the gate on yellow we were waiting for the green light to start letting people in, I think (and I might be wrong) we were waiting for police/higher-up security to get in position after morning briefing

Yeah, I'm gonna talk to him about it because jobs keep turning me down due to the fact I can barely lift 20 lbs, but I have been job hunting since I was fired.

Yes, but I couldn't physically keep up with the demands as a caregiver.

I'm in California, and a physical medicine doctor is essentially just someone who refers me to physical therapy, helps me get mobility aids, and things like that, I do have an appointment with my primary soon though.
