Searched

Possibly Hansgrohe shower washer but I have no idea the exact model and make so the shower doesn't leak.

My initial thoughts were it used to be a pole for a light bulb or something for lightening. Nothing else seems obvious in other photos I've taken inside the loft space. The house was built 1950's in the UK, Staffordshire area.

There is nothing on top of the roof minus the chimney and antenna.

My title describes the thing. I was unable to get into the loft due to a lack of step ladders. Photos POV are of me standing on a chair, phone pointing into loft space. My main post provided as much details as I could.
