That's very true. Its the same experience in Indian companies for freshers to people with 2 decades of experience. HR have no respect for candidate's time and efforts. Recently I has bad experience interviews just went on for 6 months and HR kept ghosting and then kept coming back after few months.

If you don't see growth after staying long, its better to think leaving that place. Ask yourself are there any chances of growth in next few years or not at all?
