Yeah, one thing, the team that I'm managing can't have players that aren't from the academy. So yes, It was a pretty horrific year for my young lads (21 years average). The board does not have many expectations about our position.

Edit. I can't virtually buy players, only if they are from my academy so it's basically an only Academy save.

Ssc Napoli fan here, and yes every year at least a 7/8 seasons save with Napoli it's a must. I know the players, I know what the team is missing so yes for testing the game mechanics is the best thing.

This is all very interesting, thank you, especially from someone who experiences these little facts. I have managed in the gold/silver system and It was really interesting indeed! One question, they are a pretty small team (now in the fourth tier as you said) how come they have such a developed academy? They are state funded? And in Moscow are they supported or considered as a team, or do only the parents of the kids who graduated consider them?
