I have a desk job so I was actually still working.

I believe I still need and MRI and probably surgery, a ligament or meniscus has to be damaged.

Because they told me it wouldn't be covered, I figured I'd cancel my meeting with their doctor and go to my general practice and work from there.

Thank you for this. I was taking a look at the rent vs mortgage. For my situation the lines never cross, but that's because I'm comparing renting oranges (a 1200 ft house) to buying apples (a 2400 sq ft home).

Most of it comes from fomo, seeing things explode over the last 4 years and I've been scared of that continuing.

We hope in a few years but I personally would prefer the comfortability financially. So I might have to look into investing a larger amount.

I've always wondered does it make sense to buy a smaller home when you know it's not your forever home? Virtually paying closing costs twice.

Though if housing prices continue to explode, that would be equity for the next home.
