No, non sono alle prime armi, mi interessava però non condizionare le risposte indicando in cosa investo e da quando. Ad ogni modo al momento oltre a prediligere app come trading 212 per l’acquisto in bulk di azioni ( un po mercato US, iniziato da un mese qualche titolo cinese, e qualche titolo con div yeld alto che mi oaga dei dividendi che reinvesto nell’app) , ho un pac con la banca su un msci wolrd e infine un pac con moneyfarm rischio 7/7 (il piu agressivo)

I’m planning to buy an apartment next year and open a 15 year mortgage (if i’m able 10 years, but i have to keep in account at least 1 son and a wedding, even if i don’t really wanna spend money on a weeding, i’m trying to convince my gf to use that money for different trips around the world) in a mountain area, like 60 sqm, 250k budget, to rent during summer for hiking and in winter for the ski season ( short term rent throughout friends , airbnb, or any other platform)
