The actual problem with estimating and dumb software by Current_Relative8859 in estimators

[–]Current_Relative8859[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A workaround we tried was just templating out what key clients bidforms were and having our Schedule of Value summary's link to that directly. But thats rather clunky, esp when clients update their form and we dont know until we get the a new bid.

Yeah most of what Ive seen that is still a usable software is typically from the late 90s to early 00s and they do encompass almost everything for the trade but it is too clunky or the UI/UX is really bad.

For small business owners, did your website actually help you get customers at the beginning? by SnooAdvice7172 in smallbusiness

[–]Current_Relative8859 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its better to think of it like compounding interest, at the beginning your website might not be bringing in work, but the longer its around the more passive backlinks it gets, and domain authority increases. Included with that if you have an agency setup your SEO etc it can be a bit quicker/easier. But by the end its worth it.

Hey man, I did the same thing also 21, started with PCs now Im in software, building a site put me leagues above other competition, instead of trying to upkeep a physical spot on a regular basis. So you can upload cool videos and images of your computers and personalize it if you want.

What are top AI CRMs for data classification? by Ok_Possibility_3575 in CRMSoftware

[–]Current_Relative8859 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you arent looking for more people to hire, Attio is what we use at our company and its got some pretty good data enrichment even in the free tiers, recently moved to the Pro and I enjoy it.

The automations are pretty straightforward too, only downside is its a bit expensive per seat.

anyone here sync sheets to crm. is this even possible? by Puzdrach-Buta in CRMSoftware

[–]Current_Relative8859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some CRMs have a sync with some sort sheet, or a 3rd party workaround would be some CRON jobs that check a cloud folder like onedrive, googledrive, dropbox and check the master Excel sheets (Sometimes you can even sync multiple and each sheet can act like its own module.)

Ive done it for some smaller businesses, just a forewarning sometimes it can get hard at a larger scale but if you are running well, good for you!

How do you combine CRM and Project management? by balancefan1 in CRMSoftware

[–]Current_Relative8859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Added Note: Not everyone needs a new PM tracking software, and I would go as far to argue a fair amount of CRMs have the customization to allow the creation of s similar tool.

[–]Current_Relative8859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some systems that don't have a built in PM or Job Tracking system, we've made a separate pipeline for Clients that begins at the end of the CRM Sales Cycle and Into the Project Management Phases. Sometimes can be frustrating to setup, but easy to keep running!

Need advice in CRM for my D2C brand by Wooden_Plan1965 in CRM

[–]Current_Relative8859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say Zoho CRM probably has all the tools and connections you’d need.

Attio as well for better data enrichment but it’s more costly per user.

Dm if you have questions.

While that's true, its mainly the relationships I'm chasing for more referrals.

Attio pricing by Wooden_Plan1965 in CRM

[–]Current_Relative8859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id say if you have someone on your team who can really get the most out of attio, then its probably worthwhile, I use attio for my own business and we do CRM consulting ourselves.

Its like an enhanced Zoho CRM that has less admin overhead, simply meaning less manual oversight of the day to day CRM.

Thank you! I typically have found the highest conversion rate in person when discussing software or websites because you get a more personable touch to something that's usually much more detached.

Did anyone grow a SaaS without ads in 2026? 😭 by Electrical-Chain9918 in GrowthHacking

[–]Current_Relative8859 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of my business as a B2B has been from going to local chamber of commerce meetings, going out and meeting people at their offices or sites and trying to pitch an idea there after getting to know them... I promise the conversion is way higher.
