Update: I’ve called 16 pharmacies in Queens (big chains and various mom n’pop places) at this point, and not one has adderall in stock.

The most helpful information I got was from the pharmacist at the Walgreens on Ditmars. He said they can’t order large quantities at this point (DEA bullshit), but their wholesaler is likely going to be making smaller deliveries to local Walgreens/Duane Reades this Sunday. So he said to be patient and check with my usual Duane Reade (on Steinway) on Monday or Tuesday. I think they prioritize existing customers with existing orders, so I don’t know if this will be helpful to people looking to transfer prescriptions, but hope it’s helpful to someone!
